  • Submissions must be finished in either French or English.
  • On Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. (GMT +5:30), idea notes must be submitted. Concept notes received beyond this date might not be taken into consideration.

Step 2: fill out an application

  • Those who have been shortlisted will be informed in February 2024, and they will have two weeks to fill out an application that includes a comprehensive budget.
