The program focuses on developing leadership abilities and digital fluency, empowering participants to drive innovation and contribute to Malaysia’s ongoing digital evolution.
Fully Funded Axiata Digital Leaders Program for Youth 2024
The program workshops will cover essential areas such as digital leadership, business skills, and specialized topics like digital intelligence, digital marketing, or digital finance. Customized Digital Citizenship guidelines will complement these workshops, providing a tailored and holistic learning experience. Participants will also face challenges at various stages to enhance their learning journey.
Benefits of the Program
- There are no fees for participants. All expenses during the program will be covered by the Axiata Foundation.
Who is Eligible to Participate
The program is:
- Open to Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged between 23 to 28.
- You must have at least six months of cumulative work experience, reside in Malaysia, possess an interest in digital knowledge, and own a laptop.
- Only candidates from families with a household income of RM5500 or less are eligible.
How to Apply for Axiatathe Digital Leaders Programme for Youth 2024
To apply for the Axiata Digital Leaders Programme for Youth 2024, you need to follow these three stages:
- Online Application: Submit your application through the Axiata Foundation website. Your application will undergo screening by the Axiata Foundation team.
- Online Assessment: If you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll receive an invitation for an engaging online assessment. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will proceed to this stage, and assessments will be conducted on a rolling basis.
- Online Interview and Offer Letter: Successful candidates will undergo individual interviews. Following the interviews, offer letters will be sent out within 30 working days. Again, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for this stage, and interviews will also be conducted on a rolling basis.
